I think it's only approrpiate i address this situation.
Anyone who purchased the SP Adapter from us individually on the assumption it will work with other chips we will take them back. Please contact our [email protected] email and I will make arrangements.
As I don't believe in shady practices, since day 1 we always stated on our product page that the Xenium SP ICE was compatible on all Xbox consoles with the Xenium ICE.
I do realize there is some confusion created by forum posts and other dealers, but you have to understand our position as well.
We will definatly take them back from anyone, assuming they are not damaged or anything. We will refund everyone for the adapter, but not the shipping. I think this is a fair deal as we are already loosing money from the CC charges and other payment related costs.
We have already done this for a few customers and we have also offered Xenium chips at a discounted price as well for those who wish to keep them.
Thanks for your understanding and hope we can resolve these issues ASAP.

Actually the orders that were Adapter + Other chip were placed aside, and we are contacting those people this weekend to recitfy prior to shipping. Might be a slight delay in shipping, but less hassles then actually returning merchandise and crediting etc..
I hope you understand, and we will be getting to all those orders today/tomorrow.
