Title: Xenium Ice Powers Down When Booting Bios

Hello All

Just put a Xenium Ice in a crystal Xbox 1.6, resoldering the LPC with wires to the points shown in the manual

Xenium Ice boots fine with green light and OS installs ok, I can send stuff to it and all is ok.

Then when I try to Quick boot to a bios (have tried Original 4034 and Evox 7)
It just powers down any ideas?

you have to use a 1.6 bioes i reccomend evoxm8plus1_6

that will solve your problem cause the bioes you are using is only for 1.0-1.5 no 1.6
the hardest part is done (soldering)

Yep, both those bioses do not support 1.6, the kernel is for a 1.0 and would do the same thing on anything besides a 1.0, and the m7 bios only supports up to 1.5 (maybe even 1.3, dunno if it supports focus).  Anyawy, just flash it with a 1.6 bios like broken said.

I found in another thread that Evox8 was needed and all is fine, any recommendation as to which of the evox8 bioses as i have a few
