Title: Cannot Ftp

I am using a crossover cable, xbox v1.0, x2 bios, xenium dashboard. I have changed the setting in my pc then when I change the ip setting in the xbox and click the restart network drive button it says it cannot restart? I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Ip on PC are 192.168.0.2 and xbox IP 192.168.0.3?
