Read the tutorials, search the threads, try something, read some more, then ask questions!
What you want to do has been written time and time again.
Go to the Xenuim site, read the docs, check the threads etc etc etc. Flashing bios is VERY SIMPLE + well documented.
As for installing unleash - check the tutorials!

Now why would you want to do that you can keep your original bios and flash a new one without removing the original
