Make sure you're up to date with the OS2.0.1
IMO, if your X2 bios is working like you want it, why change?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but...
Once the XBox gets to the game or the XOS, it should not matter at all what is on the chip, right?
So it sounds like this is more of an XBox issue than a Xenium issue.
If you have a V1.0 box, is the controller daughter card plugged firmly into the motherboard?

I wish it didn't. Unless a total of 5 controllers I tested were all faulty. I have a version 1.4 or 1.5 xbox.

Hey there, Im brand new to this forum, but it looks like everyone is really helpful. I've got this same issure with v. 2.0.1 Xenium OS. It only works with an M$ ( S?). Tried wireless hip gears, no go and a wired gaming edge. Is there a fix for this or am I gonna have to fork up the $30 for a real controller. Thnx!

I have noticed something very similar where as the axis on the madcatz will go out a simple unplug/plug back in will fix the job. I am un sure if it is Xenium ICE's problem, or the game itself (Halo2) also some games if one player has a Inverted Aim and another doesnt (Men of Valor) when a person dies it defaults back to the last set invert options. This leads me to think it is the game itself as this only happens to the games specified and once removed / inserted back in it is infact Fine...
XBOX Version: 1.6
ModcChip: Xenium Ice OSvV2.0.1 , PinHeader, LPC Rebuilt Useing 30AWG Wire.
Bios: M8+ with IGR and SKIPDVD(Looks for D:\BOOT.XBE when booting up / IGR)
Controller 1: MS S Controller
Controllers 2-4: MadCatz Replacement Controller
Also the messed up axis going out doesnt happen on the retail controller from MS. Hope this helps some people. Unsure if it does this during solo, only notice all this during multi. (Ghost Recon2 doesnt have these problems)

I have this problem with all games. Not just Halo 2. It's driving me crazy. Anyone know a fix?
