the menu you are under is for loading a "bios" (a special piece of code to load the xbox) on to ur Xenium modchip... NOT FOR LOADING XBOX GAMES....
to transfer games to ur hard drive you need to setup the bios, setup a alternate dashboard, setup dvd2xbox AND MOST IMPORTANTLY READ AND DO SOME DAMN RESEARCH!!!!!!!
