Title: Need Bios Help!

Plus the led i installed isn't coming on at all.  Is there some way to turn the chip on?

You haven't installed the chip correctly. What version xbox do you have, and what installation method did you use?

Did you install the pinheader in the correct LPC holes? Is your chip on the header the right way?  can you take some pictures of your install?

yes I installed them in the correct holes and it is facing the right way

Bad install, redo the LPC and d0 points.

Yes, however, even if d0 wasn't installed correctly, if the chip was getting power it's LED would light up red.

Your pinheader soldering 8)

Check for any cold (Dull and non-silver) joints, and ensure your chip is on the header the correct way (It can go on backwards...)
