ROM = Read Only Memory
FEPROM = Flash Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory or Flash ROM
I have rom chips that are 16mb from a old mp3 player I just made a typo no need to make a big deal.
While it *may* be possible, I doubt it would ever work. For one, I bet the OS is only designed to work with 2MB of total space... Second, your Flash ROM from your MP3 player is most likely entirely different in terms of interface, etc. Plus... why would you want to? Once BFM support is added to XOS2, you can effectively have as many BIOSes as you can fit on your HDD...
I have a feeling you will be waiting a few years for BFM support.
OMG, are people really quoting me because I only said "ROM". Geez, I was in a hurry, we all know it is Flash ROM...
The point is that RAM won't work
I have a feeling that I know things that none of you do... muhahahahaha
And... no, XeniumOS is restricted to 2mb flashspace (for now anyways).
