I'm currently modding my 1.6 xbox with a brand new Xenium ICE chip. I've been reading through 2 newbie guides and I've just taken a look at the "official" 1.6 install manual.
There appears to be discrepencies among the manuals. What exactly is the VCC 3.3 on the 1.6 manual? It appears to be a line that is going from one of the pinheads to... an empty hole?
I'm currently experiencing the "red LED chip while xbox boots to the original ms dashboard" problem. Just trying to look around and try and clarify things.
The install FAQ on the TeamXodus website says that it is most likely the d0 point. I've redone this a few times and have tried different points to no avail. Is this the ONLY thing that could cause this, or is it just the most likely?
