i installed a xenium ice a feww weeks ago , worked initially then not ,
i soldered it in and it worked again ,,, all i did at the time was set the led colore for xeniums os and for M$ os , and it rebooted fine ,
next day all it does is frag ,, EVEN WITH THE CHIP removed , even the pin header also ,!!!!!
what can i do ,, i cheked everething , installed everithyng several times now ,, and still nothing ,, could the chip have mesed up my BIOS ?? no shorts either
or could it be some unforseen problem with some V1.0 xboxs
Xeniums led is RED always .
can i restore my xbox to normal ,,?
im planing on getting a new one , but i must know what happened ,,

1st thing: try your chip in recovery mode (Flip the switch on the chip).
2nd thing, since it's fragging without the chip, check for any solder splashes/shorts anywhere on the board. I know you said you have none, but check closer (Even possibly with a magnifying glass). The samllest drip of solder bridging two points that shouldn't be can cause a frag.
