The X3 bios will only work on an X3 chip.
BUT Xecuter has said that they are working on a 1.6 compatible X2 bios. What they have not said though is if this X2 bios will be a universal bios (ie capable of working on non X2 chips... like the Xenium)
I hope it'll be a universal bios

IND-BIOS also has Xbox Live Protection (but isn't 1.6 compatible yet), although I don't know if the protection actually works yet
