Title: Wrestling With My Tsop
Post by: mrjkwik on August 24, 2004, 11:06:00 PM
not to assume didnt, but did you

1.  Launch Menu
2.  Add a new item
3.  Where would you like this item to launch from?  TSOP
4.  Name it
5.  Assign its led color.

i'm guessing you did, but figured i'd ask before one of the pros do.  gotta start from the beginning to figure out where the problem came from.

some links i've found useful are on this post of mine  HERE

Try this boot into your dash use the file management and browse to the root of C,
Rename xboxdash.xbe to msxboxdash.xbe.  Reboot and browse to the root of C again and launch msxboxdash.xbe, you should now be able to set your time...

This worked for me...

i think this problem is different.  Your situation was because the bios was looking to load that file name.  If that was the case you could have edited your bios using a tool and setup the boot order.
