Title: Help! Powers Off And On And Then Off

hi

i have xenium and evo x installed on my box, i was playing halo 4 a while and then i went 2 the xenium menue and accidently hit recovery mod since i knew i didnt need this i turned my box off and then turned it back on ....since then it has this wierd thing were nothing comes on the screen and it turns on then turns off then on then off then it just sits there on.... but nothing comes up!!!!

help me please!!!!!!!!!!i need my xbox i cant live with out it! lol HELP!

lol its not av cables but i think im gunna desolder the chip and take it out and then maby check it ..... then if it works then i will just buy new xenium ice........and put that in...my friend said this problem could be because of a bad flash....

I think removing the chip is a bit premature, have you tried downloading the os update ISO then booting from that? you may need to flick the recovery switch on the chip.

where is the recovery switch......and when i push the on button nothing comes on the screen at all...... and it turns off then it turns on then off then on and it stays on and no screen comes up at all.....

Sup this is drDRAVALOT's side kick who dose everything for his xbox. anyway my question is do you flick the switch and then flick it back or flick it once and leave it on the right. Also do that before the OS or try to the OS first. I pretty sure my other friend did a horrible job at flashing the V1.1 bios becuase he did it though is router and i dont think it was done properly.

Flick the switch so you can see the white mark then update with the cd iso then flick switch back, full instructions here

can i do this when my xbox doesnt even turn on...so when i flick the switch ....it might make the xbox beable 2 turn on

yep it should boot straight to the os update screen if you have the update cd in the tray, going back to what gtofablus1 said, make sure you are using the original AV cables as the original o/s wont support any others.

lol? for real man, it's sometimes a problem. good to see you got your chip working though.
