Just to save anyone time thats on 56K, Only the "Installers Video 3" and "SMB and Pen Drive Flash Video 4" are worth taking a look at, the others are a total waste of time, if you're only interested in looking at the menus that is.
Not keen on how the BIOSes seem to be called installers or whatever though, hope that gets renamed. Other than that i dont really see what the big fuss over the OS is, although its meant to have been totally rewritten, i see nothing and no reason for me to upgrade from 1.1 to 2.0 once its released.
Its only really been given a facelift and a couple new things.
And not even all the things that should have been in there, like webflashing 
EDIT: I think im just totally let down with this though due to the fact they over-hyped it and let people down for way too long, its really been dragged out too long. The "awe and magic" left a long time ago now
Maybe once this version is out they'll keep their mouths shut untill the next version is already been beta tested and really is only a day away from release. If they learn from their mistakes they made this time all should be well for the future updates.

True, but at least Xenium don't release a bios that will kill your xbox
. I like the look of the OS2, the true fonts or what ever look very nice. I'm sure it will be customizble in many ways.

The installers menu from the name itself and what the video shows is for people who install modchips. Simply they create a script, in the vid it was called 'abc', with all the settings, bios names, what bank to flash with what bios, network, xen,lcd etc. All those settings, saved them onto a script. Then the installer just sticks the xenium onto the xbox, connects the usb drive or whatever. Loads the script and it flashes the xenium, programs it and does all the mediocre tasks that installers do.
Iam thinking there is a special menu for jsut flashing.
Oh, and btw, the wires coming out of the xbox. Look more closely at what they are attached to ;-)

Yeah i realised that once i watched it for the 2nd or 3rd time, i wasnt paying to much attention to the film the first time round, just downloading them all and having a quick look.

Thats why they got 10 bios in the movie.
I like the vids but they waited a while to put them out so it seems like they are delaying us more and it is a long way away from being released..

Hey they flashed from a Lexar Media 6-in-1 USB reader too though.. That might mean USB Hard Drives will work too purely because they are also USB Mass Storage devices, so they should be supported through the same driver ideally.
I think that there's enough there to open the doors to some pretty cool opportunities. The time it's taken to get videos and stuff is too bad, but I bought it for what it could do now... The 'future' just makes it exciting.

Why would you want more BIOS space on an external module for the chip? With the XOS2 you can boot a BIOS directly from the HDD, that instantly gives you more space than you'll ever need. They may still make an external module but i doubt there will be much call for it, not when you can fill whichever partition of your xbox HDD with a BIOS and make it boot directly from there

well maybe ozxodus is gunna make their own bios as well, which could be causing delays. that could be the cookable bios and the 1.6 support bios

Don't start ripping of AVALAUNCH! There are many skins for avalaunch, my avalaunch looks like silver, so don't start bitching you blue boys, Red is fine, why you complaining about the sodding colour. Haven't they done enough for you? Their prime goal atm is to great a working os, not to turn it to every colour available because if they did everyone would be asking about it. Just shut up about the colour it's going to be skinned all right.
