Have you checked to make sure it isn't a fake chip?

OK I resoldered the LPC points and it is still turning on and shutting off a few times but when it stays on it always goes into the OS. None of the bios' I have loaded into the banks do anything and neither does the original bios. All of them when selected reboot the xbox to a black screen.
So here is the run down so far:
-XBOX v 1.4 -Xenium 4th gen chip (not a fake) mounted using quick solder pads and top D0 (all solder points have been triple checked) -Xenium OS is version 1.1 -using standard AV cable -I have tried the original bios, x2 4983.67 Evox M7 and Evox M7 EF and all leave me at a blank screen and a red led on the chip -I can't check the front panel to see what colors are showing up because the leds have been removed for a led color change
Thats pretty much it so far.
Just a thought...would a damaged trace do something like this? I may have messed up the bottom D0 point. Thats where I was initially trying to solder to but the wire wouldn't stay secure.

yeah, I ordered some pens that let you apply new traces. Hopefully if it is the D0 point I can fix it.
I'll also try out the 4977.
<edit: the 4977 didn't work so my money is on the D0 trace being screwed up >
