Using quick solder?

Check the other solder points.  Check the ground on "pin" 2 and the voltage on the other "pins".

Also, use a multimeter and check the continuity of the D0 point on the chip with the D0 point on the MB that you did not use.  (Assuming D0wire is already attached)
