Its already flashed with XENIUM OS.  Check your solder points.

do i need to remove the solder from the holes since it is a 1.0

no, your do point is not connecting.

yeah must be your d0. ive never used a solderless adapter so i dont know how the d0 is connected.  if i were you i would just pin header it :=)  more stable.  I read that the cham solderless adapter doesnt work perfectly for it.  ??  good luck

i pin headered mine. works great.
