More than likely a problem with one or more of your pinheader solder connections. Try carefully re-soldering them. This is the most common cause of FRAG (flashing read and green).

Things you can try are check all your solder connections will a multimeter, make sure you are using RCA video connections ( I know it doesn't matter for older xboxes but might as well eliminate that as a possibility )  and make sure you have an original xbox controller plugged in when booting.
