i have a x2 pro that was professionally installed and this time i wanted to make a go at it myself. i get the chip(Xenium) installed as best i can, and all i can manage to get is no video what so ever, turns on with green LED twice and shuts itself off after each time and the third time it goes between green and red LEDs with still no picture. before i go ahead and have someone else do this the right way i just want to know if this is maybe something small i didn't do right. from what i can find on the boards i believe either my D0 is ruined or it is fine and the pins need to be redone? i also have a multimeter but can't find out which setting it should be on and what a good connection's reading would be. any ideas on where to start would be excellent. thanks

oh and by LEDs i mean the ones on the xbox console not anything that might be on the chip itself.

What version xbox do you have?
What video cable are you using?

i believe a 1.3, and it's been tried with component, rca, and rf and same results

I had that same problem, mine is also a v1.3. Check your modchip, mine was damaged, and I spent some very upsetting hours before I noticed. I know everything was soldered right, I guess that's why it was so upsetting. What color was the LED on the modchip itself?
