yea he's still alive and kickin...you should be able to PM him under that name...i've seen him pretty active on the boards here lately...and i've heard some great things about his store...

JonDante has posted a few times and he has stated that he will be selling the Xenium.
He hasn't started a pre-order yet, but if your comfortable with ordering from him, keep checking his site until he starts taking orders:
