i have an xbit installed in my xbox. worked fine for the first day, then got the familiar christmas tree red green 3x fan whine startup error. sometimes its orange/green.
first question:
does anyone know what the xbox is reaching as an error? ie is it telling me that it cant read a bios? it cant find a file on hdd? general error?
second question:
if my xbox and chip were working, how would the startup behave without a hdd or dvd drive hooked up? would it still christmas tree with 3x fan hiccup or solid green light?
third question:
i installed the Niteman_Xenomorphic_EVOX_Installer which seems to have replace the ms dashboard, if i put my xbit on stealth i still cant boot (nor could i when the xbit was working and placed in stealth mode). if i were to attemt to restore my hdd to its original state, how does the file system look(ie what files are needed where)? i would think there is a guide or faq but i didnt find one.

me again. i also cant boot to dash or even a ms error with xbit removed. does this mean i have a bigger problem?
