Title: Spidergx + Xbox 1.5 = Frag?

I have a SpiderGX modchip that seems to boot just fine with the chip off, but frags everytime I turn the chip on.  I've quadruple checked the LPC contacts and d0 pin - what else can I do?

I've previously modded xboxes with the Xenium Ice and Spider v1 chips without any issues.
