Matt, im gonna be completely honest with you. I was in your exact position about  6 months ago, and I still have not gotten the chip to work on 2 seperate xboxs. This chip will not only waste your time, but your money.
You will be better off going with the xenium S.P. ice, or the new Xenium gold, if your willing to spend an extra
20 or so dollars. (TRUST ME IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!)
Im pretty sure I speak for the majority of us who own this chip..
Although If you REALLY REALLY want this chip, as long as you dont have version 1.6 or v1.0 you will probobly be alright. But like i said i strongly suggest you go with a different chip, even a cheaper one.
