Title: Norton Ghost Question

I am following the tutorial here:

but I am using ghost 2003. The command ghostpe /ir doesnt work, but the command ghost /ir does. However when it does load, and I go to Disk to Disk I get error 11032 (no source disk). Does that just mean my jumper settings are wrong?
