ISCE, what version xbox do you have? And are all the lights coming up properly?

I decided to re-check the LEDs, and it appears the D0 LED, the one in the center of the arc is not lit.  I only have 4 lit on the daughter board.  From the 1.6 install manual I found here it says this should light up when the external PCB is attached and is turned on.

Does this help anyone with some ideas as to what my problem may be?

NOTE: I do get 2 LEDs lit on the external PCB when the switch is on, and only 1 when off.  I have tried to reseat the connectors and they feel very firm and connected.  Is it possible I have a bad external PCB?

Another update:

After reading one of the other posts, I see that the D0 LED DOES light up when I have the external switch to OFF.  This sounds very similar to one of the other poster's problems.

Let me know if this helps identify what might be going on.
