Title: Cant Get Chip To Flash

alright i have a spiderchip v1.1 in my box, and i have tried pretty much every way to flash the BIOS and nothing has worked. each time it has said "No BIOS... Halting."
Iv tried about five different BIOS, burned them in four or five different ways, and used two different types of CD-RW's, yet nothing has worked.
so what can you suggest?
