Title: Duox3 Default Boot Mode.

Never messed with a DUOX3 but i'd imagine that de-soldering the BT point could fix this for you.
All the DUOX2 chips that I installed, I never soldered the BT point since i have no need for the MS dash anymore. Not exactly playing XBL on old boxes anymore.

Duo3 is not a team omega chip, its just a cheap knock off (but works quite well for the purpose)

I'd try desoldering the BT as well
