Flash the bad bank from the working bank. Simply boot from the opposite bank but flick the switch back to the bad bank before the flash disc erases the previous bios. Use a non metallic object to flick the switch

Sorry for the double post but I can't edit my older posts =/

Anyways haha I tried to do what you said but when I tried to boot from the other bank, the xbox turned on, i had no screen and it would eventually go to an amber light.  Thats it.  So after that i desoldered my chip and soldered it back in and then neither bank would work.  Its back to doing what it did when i first got it.  It boots up once, turns off, again, turns off again, and then gives me christmas lights.  If i boot up with the eject button I get error 5 and since my chip isn't working I can't really fix it.  What should i do?

You may have panicked a little here. Removing and resoldering in the chip was not needed really.
At the moment you have a problem with the LPC connections caused by resoldering the chip in.
You need to go over the install and get back to the point where you can boot Bank 0 and get the blank screen
(make sure you are identifying the banks correctly)
Bank 0 on the white chip has a linux Cromwell bios on it, not the same as flashbios. Flashbios is on bank 1
Once you can boot with bank 0 to the blank screen again you need to make sure you are using the standard video cables (anything else will not work on bank 0 at the moment)
If you still get blank screen post back here confirming the banks you are using and put some pics of the install.

Well I remember on my first install, I had done the LPC correctly but I had to reboot the box a number of times before it would work.  Could that be what is happening again?  I was pretty certain my LPC was soldered correctly but i'll check again.  Thanks for all the help.
