Power is modchip on, Eject is modchip off.
If it's not just that, then check the D0.

Ground the Xbox D0 point. In other words take off the wire from the chip end and solder it to a metal ring round a scew hole.
If it still boots the regular MS bios then the D0 is definetely wrong

Yes that is what it should do, just use a multimeter to check if the bottom lpc holes are connected to the corresponding ones on the modchip and if u dont know u set ur mutimeter to ohms and if it is 0 they are connected.

Check all the soldering work to the LPC. Also check the BT connection to the motherboard

I've checked (and double checked) the soldering and there doesn't seem to be a problem. I'm guessing if there's a problem I wont be able to check just by looking. I've ordered a multimeter and I'll check the connections once it gets here. I'll keep you guys updated, thanks for all your help.
