Title: Duo-x2 Cromwell Edition Problems

Alright, here is the deal. When i was flashing bank 1 on my chip, i used the ethernet flash procedure. It went fine, and it was flashed onto the chip. But I realized that I flashed a 256k bios instead of a 512k bios on the chip. So now when i have the chip on bank 1, it doesnt work, it just frags. So i figued that I would use bank 0 ( the one with cromwell on it) to operate the chip. I followed like 3 different tutorials for making the flash disc, and I cant figure out what i am doing wrong. I am burning of a DVD-R and I have a bios named bios.bin on the disc, and I added a folder from my computer on the disc as a filler. i am even using the ISO 9660 option when burning in nero.
So my question is, what am I doing wrong and/ or what am I doing wrong?

You have to use a linux flash app. You need to burn Eurasia to a disc as well as having a bios disc.

Alright. I found the eurasia flash disk v1.3 and I used it. When the Linux bios screen comes up, it says boot from media. After that it says insert disc and press A. After the disc goes into the drive, nothing happens. The disc makes all the sounds like it is being read, but the disc doesnt start. I tried CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, and CD-R and the screen just stays blue the whole time and says press A to close disc tray. Is there something that could be wrong? I know it shouldnt be the dvd drive becuase the drive was working before all this started happening.

Make sure you use an original MS large controller. If you use a third party one or some of the S type ones the box does not respond to the controller so sits there still saying push A

I am having this same problem, but don't have access to a generic MS XBOX controller.

Is there any alternative?
