I am starting to think that the customer who has the xbox is causing the problem, but before I do say anything to them, I want to ask other peoples' opinions on this.
Here is what is happening. I modded a customers xbox a while ago. After a period of time (months), she brought it back saying it was fragging (she runs a daycare so many kids play on it). I tested it out and it was the bios that was corrupt. So I reflashed the bios and tested it out and it was working great. A couple months later she complains of the same issue, and again it turned out to be a corrupted bios. I thought maybe it was the bios bank, so this time instead of reflashing the same bank, I reflashed it, but switched it over to the other bank. So now both banks are tested ok, but I have it running on the other bank just incase something was bad with the first one.
Now it is weeks later and she is contacting me again saying the same problem happened. I know it will be a corrupt bios when I test it. I am wondering if anyone has seen this issue before with a bios bank corrupting itself, or if I can safely assume it is one of the kids maybe playing around trying to flash the bios or something?

That is my thoughts exactly. WHenever I get it back it is always the same (this is the 3rd time). THe bank it is on will be corrupt, so I just flip the switch to load the other bank, then flip it back to flash the corrupt one.
THere is nothing on the HD that would allow flashing the bios directly, and I don't know what kind of kids the lady babysits but I don't see them carrying a flash disc to do it.
So I can't think of how they are doing it, but I can't see how it is corrupting unless someone is doing it.

Reflow the flashrom on the DuoX or it could even be faulty.
If you want to be sure change the chip if it comes back corrupt the kids are to blame
