i removed those pins on mine and it works fine.

Okay thanks, I ended up soldering them anyways.

I about to test her out right now.... I ended up soldering to the alternat BT point because I don't want wires going to diferent parts of the xbox. Keep the motherboard wires going to the motherboard.

The guide on my site shows the pinhead left as is. No need to pull pins on the Male header unless there is no hole for them. If the chip doesn't use them they are just open circuit. If you pull them out then later change the chip for a different one you may end up needing to add the extra pins
