connect the BT to the power/eject PCB or to the alternate BT point on the bottom of the motherboard.
Follow the tutorial I linked to in your other post.

I would bet it is your soldering work on the LPC that is the problem.

Not LPC because i have checked and checked that. Plus the LED on the chip lights up.
