Select flash via HTTP (on FlashBIOS 3.03).
It'll give you the IP addy you need to connect to.
Go to your PC and open up your web browser (IE, firefox, etc....)
Type in the IP addy that your xbox produced.
This will bring up a flashing menu. Select BROWSE and find the BIOS on your PC & press the FLASH button....

i have been trying to do this
i connected the cable from cable to the network card, disabled all firewalls too but still theres no connection, i guess i ll have a get a blank dvd and put the bios file on it and do it from there, whats the best dvd that a thomson dvd drive from this 1.4 xbox read without any hassle?
ps. if one of you experts can add me on msn and help me with getting the network card to connect properly i ll be very glad!!!
