You issue is that you have yet to flash the mod chip with a hacked bios that would allow you to Slayers.  Follow a guide on how to flash your chip (Ie. Hackdabox's guide) after you download a bios.

tried flashing the bios as instructed on hackdabox using Xecuter2 4981 (512k),and 100mb dummy file everything seemed o.k flashing process finished,so restarted xbox and now I have cromwell 2.40 on both banks.What,s gone wrong? tried using eurasia flash disc,wouldn,t work.Can I get flashbios back? or can i load another program through cromwell to get slayer running?my xbox seems to only accept cd-rs but i can,t find the right way to flash the bios?,is there anyone out there from u.k(south-east) who,s got one of these chips/flashed and running evox dash?
