Title: Duo Chip With 05 Error

Check your d0 and BT connections; the chip is no longer loading. You're getting the 05 because the hdd is unlocked.

the chip should be blinking red to indicate that it's getting power.
check connections as stated above
also check the pins

that would indicate you have poor solder joints.  A properly soldered joint will never "pop" off.  It will hold until enough force is used to tear up the trace it is connected to.  it will never just pop off the via or pad it is connected to
