Check your ground and 3.3v lines.. what version xbox is this?

(And yes, the LED should be flashing when the chip is enabled)

Its a V1.1

I had it softmodded, i think my brother deleted some dash files so i got error 16

I upgraded the firmware of my stock seagate HD to unlock it then it told me the drive was unlocked

Now the chip isnt being recognised so i cant get past that error screen (i have slayers disc in the drive)
