uhm

you need a bit more info here

is this the first chip you have done? did you use a pin header install? did the xbox work before you tried this?
what is it doing? fragging? error code? what?

is it booting to the flashbios screen or do you just not know how to power the chip on?

do you have any pictures of it?

Most likely it is your soldering.  Check for cross solders, cold joints, anything that doesn't looks perfect.  And desolder/re-solder it until it is perfect.  Almost always, when a chip frags, it is from your soldering job.

It did i think. Now hes bugging the hell out of me  on how to install Avalaunch.
