The blank video indicates you are maybe on the wrong bios bank or the bios started to load and failed before it completed the load. The orange ring on the other bank means maybe you have a valid bios loaded but need to use the default video cable that came Xbox.

Use the standard cables untill you get it working and flashed with a hacked bios.

What chip do you have White , Blue or Lite ?

What xbox version do you have ?

I have 1.6 Xbox, with the white DuoX2 chip. For some reason I got the cromwell bios to boot and show up. Now I'm having the hardest time in getting the FlashBios Bank 1 to show up? Is there another way to flash the sucker?
