Use EVOX to reflash the the chip with bak you already flashed..Or if you have auto installer like Slayer's.  to be safe before flashing switch banks so you don't erase your working bank...you can also use the cronwell bank...

The cromwell bank will boot in the 1.6 or just flash one bank with a 1.6 bios while its in the 1.3

Use a eurasia disc to flash from cromwell... (you'll need to burn a bios disc as well).
