Title: Eb2k Where R U?

I don't know about calling them, but I have been to their offices. They are in Montreal, Quebec Canada. Last time I went they were in business.

try live chat on the website or calling the american offices, worked for me.
the london callcentre seemed too have some random answering the phone which wasn't too cool, but as soon as i went on live chat i called america and all was well. I'd try that.

They saw fit to move servers without letting any of their customers know.   Tracking info is down, phones were down for a week.  Called wednesday, said call friday to get info.   It has been three weeks since I placed my order and have NO contact from them about any delays, my emails have gone unanswered for two weeks.   I'm going to cancel my order ASAP.   Called today, said call monday.  "Our database is down."   This is complete BS, no way to run a business.

You aren't the only one cancelling their order.  Only ordered because I've installed several x-chips before, hopefully I'll have the same luck with the Xecuter 3.

Still havent got a single response. I have taken steps to get credited with my credit card company. What a shame! I love my X-Chip on my own XBOX but trying to install the new 1.6 solderless they sold my for my friend has been impossible, nothing but FRAG and I have read every single post on their support forums.
