Title: Just A Simple Question.

I was wondering if there is a mod chip that meets these requirements:
1. Alows you to have hacks (like jumping really high, or spawning useful thing as a result of shooting).
2. Download stuff from the internet like the hacks and game saves.
3. Can be turned on and off to go on live.
4. Does this without the use of an extra hard drive or OS.
