Title: How Install Evolution X Dash?

I read a walkthough and it said I needed a cable does this mean I need a ehternet cable to attach to my router?

Also what if my computer doesnt have a ethernet port...

I have a D link DI-624

and I use a wireless ethernet card  DWL-G520


is there someway to still do this?

Yes, you need a (straight through RJ45) Patch cable. Basically the Ethernet cable your talking about. For more information about networking check the newbie guides and official xbox live website. To install evox dashboard properly you need to sort out your networking with your pc first.

Save your self soem time:

Find SLAYERS AUTOINSTALLER 2.6.  Once you have it you will uncompress and have an ISO image, burn this image to a DVD-R put in xbox with xchip and a hacked bios and you will be prompted for installation options.

I have the auto installer and whats a hacked bios?
I have the evox bios for 1.6 on my xbox cuz I have ver 1.6

Do I still need the ethernet cable?

hacked bios = evox.   Its called a hacked bios as its a modified M$ code to allow playing of backups and other features M$ wants you to pay an arm and a leg for.
