You can try using rubbing alcohol and a pin and just scrap the hole lightly.

Then attach the solderless adapter and position the D0 and tighten screw a bit, then verify allignment of pogo pins to LPC port and verify D0 is attached then tighten screw more ( fingure tight )

what i did was i hot glued the wire to the top of the d0.. workes great if ur holes full..
