When we ship the combo the pin header is included. When we ship just the X-chip it only ships with a pin header no rivets or screw.
Goood point about the red led. Just because you get a read led it does not mean that ALL contacts are working. It simply means that power is going to the chip which means that 5 volt power and ground are making contact. If you box frags make sure you have flashed with proper bios for your Xbox and make sure that ALL pins/points are making contact.
so... can u help me figure somthing out? like i dont want to have to pay for the shipping of the pin header... like is it my fault i never recived one?
Pin header can be bought at a radio shack or any electronic stores you just need a 6 by 2 pin header, they may have bigger, just cut it down to size, cost is under 50 cents.
Why should you pay shipping since there shipping mistake....just tell them to sent you one as you paid for it.

Reason for 5 to 10 business days is because when we ship pin headers or rivets we ship by normal mail with no track info. It usally takes about 5 business days to arrive.
What's your order number I can take a look into it.
Sorry your part was missing during first shipment however as for missing parts that are small we only ship it via normal mail.

If you bought the chip from us you received a email when the chip was shipped to you. That email contained your order number and other info. I'm sure it was just a glitch on our end. However if you DID buy the chip directly from us then we do have your file on record.

OK in febuary i orderd the camilion2 or whatever chipp. they said its on backorder. then they said if u orderd a camilion u will recive a xchip for the same price.. 23 somthing.. so i got that and the 12$ programer and the sodlerless adap... so i waited... waited waited.. finaily in july i caleld and gave him my accout number and he said oh im sorry ill send it out NOW with the programmer and the solderless adap.. so i said great how many days ? he said 5-10 .. i said can i get it rushed he said yeah its an exter whatever i said.. Ok do it.. the next day i got it! but it was ONLY the xchip it self.. no pin header ... no adap. no prgamer no nothin.... so icalled and he said sorry ill send uthe solderless tommorw or i got it... then he forgot about the programer .. i got that the following day.. and now cuz i need the pin header . i have to pay if i want it... shouldnt it have came with it?
so i called the other day and gave him my credit card# and my address and my number and my name. ect and he said... im sorry sir... ur accounts not here? u have to reorder it off the net?
