You can flash with CD-RW, but it's a lot easier to flash the BIOS with the included USB adapter and the X-Control software. You can be done in a few seconds!
If you download and install the X-Control software (easy to uninstall later, if you want to remove it), a PDF will be extracted that shows you exactly how to flash the XCHIP via USB.
