I'm assuming you'll need to re-flash it with a hacked bios (ie. X2), since shipping it out with one pre-installed would make it illegal.

HD could be formatted using the EvoX dash (but you'll need to modify the evox.ini file.  There should be directions in the tutorial section, for practically all the questions you've asked.

Wouldn't you be able to flash it with USB?

As of this exact moment.. if you had one in your possession.. you can flash it via a boot disk.

once the official flash software for PC is ready.. you may use that method.  It should be ready later today or tomorrow.
