Title: Is It Possible To Flash A Matrix Via Evox?

I've never used this chip - but it should be flashable right from within evox. X-S has it listed as being flash upgradable through the console - so evox is your best bet.
Flashing using the programmer is documented much better. If you cannot get it to flash through evox and have the programmer that would most likely be your best bet.

just switch it till the led is orange. that will allow flashing over evox
