Title: ?nothing Happened?

I just installed my modchip, and when i turned my xbox on, it just started the normal MS dash. I installed the chameleon chip with a solderless adapter, but i did not remove the solder in the "LPC" points. PLEASE HELP

post spme pics of your install, some say leaning the solder in holes is better than removing it, the d0 definatly needs to be connected to turn the chip on, you would put a switch inline with the d0 to turn of the chip off so it will boot like normal, but depending if you got it with a bios already on it(which is not legal) it might of booted correctly, you need to installl a dash, does the chip light up when you power on the box, most all chips have a tiny led on the chip itself that will light up

Verify allignment and D0 with your install versus guides, use the LPC port white outline box for guidance for straighness as well,

this is pretty much the boat im in...
     .....I've got the matrix set to mode 2, but instead of green led, I get both red/green flashing at same time... what could this mean? I've tried this chip in 2 boxes, same problem n both.. One box's Tsop is fried I think, which is why I have the chip.. the second is softmod..
   Mode 1 I get solid green led, not a flashing red or green like it says in tuts...
 So ya.. im a lil lost/pissed/homocidle .. any help greatly appreciated:)
