I think it just might be solderless dude.  Here is how to make it solder less.

First rebuild the lpc on the back of the mobo.

Cut the Lfram from the mobo bios and connect it to ground.

Install the chip and remove the d0 pogo pin with a soldering iron.

No since the lfram is grounded the matrix will work when connected to the pin 7.

To disable the matrix you will need to reconnect lfram to the mobo bios and de ground it.

what the hell are you talking about you think it might be solderless then - if you rebuild the lpc you must solder wires.

and to disable the matrix you need to install a switch.

No the chip is still solderless install now you still have to solder but the install of the chip is still solderless.

A switch to disable is handy bot not required.  You smply flash your matrix with a retail bios and then use exploit to reflash it back to the other.

Nothing EVER will be solder-less for the 1.6 because you MUST rebuild the LPC port and this REQUIRES soldering.

Sorry to tell you this but the 1.6 was the DEATH to the solder-less solutions.

It's not all bad because with the 1.6 they brouht back the LFrame which means cheap mods can work again.

At least the LPC port is still there well sort of.
